Very promising! I just hope that in the quest for balancing the game, the developers don't err too much on the side of gamey. Otherwise, looks like it could be a lot of fun.

Looks good, and Paradox is a fine stable.
Hmmm... " 'For example,' said Breien, 'U.K. ships tend to be more specialized with regard to their function...'" Do Carriers without fixed wing aircraft count as specialised targets?
