Modify precision Destroyers

Hi, I want to help me know if you can change the precision of the shots of the destroyers, for a distance of 5 km are too good aim

, in a few seconds I sink the submarine, not even give me time to dive.
Or really had such a good shot at that time

edit the \data\cfg\Sim.cfg file:

[AI Cannons]
Max error angle=3 ;[deg]
Max fire range=6000 ;[m]
Max fire wait=12 ;[s]
