Current orders
Berlin, 05 September 1939. To; Oberleutnant Biermann, From; B.d.U. Oberleutnant Biermann, You are to depart no later than 15 September 1939. When your boat is ready you are clear to depart and head for your assigned patrol area ANTON (AM5). (AM51-AM59 - See attatched map) You are clear to engage Polish, British and French merchant vessels. DO NOT engage any warships unless there is no other option. Our main objective are merchant vessels Keep out of shallow waters and do not approach or enter harbors unless authorized. During your patrol you are to send in daily weather- and position reports. Please notify me in plain text after you have send a message. Report any vessels you encounter during your patrol. These reports need to be encrypted and send through the forum.
