Default Warner Bros. Digital copy sucks

WE are going on holiday and one of my kids DVDs has digital copy.

Great, but no the serial number was on the card that comes with the DVD which we chucked out didn't we.

Is there an easy way to get in touch with Warner Bros to ask what to do? No is there f!!!.

Any ideas?

I have no idea if this helps since I'm not familiar with that protection system, but have you tried to watch it with VLC media player?

Be positive (no, I dont mean "I'm positive, it won't help" ). I've had few instances where I have needed to contact support for lost cd keys and such and they've always been helpful.

Tho, don't know how the issue is with something like that. I mean, can they somehow verify your copy, that you actually own a legit copy?

Ow well, hopefully you have it sorted.
