red icons

Just wondering what thes red icons are. clicked on my radioman and the screen pops up with a list of questions I can ask him. Some questions have a resd icon on the left hand side. The one I saw went like this:

Red Icon....1. safe communication

when I clicked on the safe communication ....nothing happens.

New to this game and any help would be apppreciated...thanks

It means it's a special ability. It used to cost morale, or maybe it doesn't now, maybe it will have a cooldown timer before you can use it again. I think safe communication is for reporting contacts or sending status reports without it being intercepted by the enemy.

after you click the icon, you will see another icon appear in the top right hand side of the UI meaning the special ability is active. It will have a count-down timer going too. You need to purchase the special ability with promo points before it will work.
