I can't read the website, so I don't know the difference between the two. As far as brands go, I just bought a Radeon 4650 built by Gigabyte, and it works very well. I know that doesn't say anything about the performance of the cards you're looking at, but I had never heard of the company before and it turns out I can trust the cards they make.

If you can afford the little extra, try looking for cards manufactured by BFG, they carry a lifetime warranty/guarantee.

Get yourself a ATI Radeon 5850. You get DX11 for future games and the best ratio between price/performance. Be careful with any new and more powerful video card because the power souce of your PC might not have enough juice.

I've just done a quick comparison on nvidia's site for the basic cards and I'd go for the GTS250. That said, it's still an old 9800 card! If you could stretch to a GTX260/280 for an extra 30-40% outlay all the better.
Don't forget ATI though! I'm getting PNY's GTS250, but I don't have a say in it.
