How do I do this mission??

Alright so I'm on the mission where you have to drop off the spy in Liverpool,so I'm literally inches from shore,already hit the shore and damaged my pressure hull trying to do this friggin mission.This is frustrating,can somebody please tell me how I drop of this damned spy?Thanks.

wait. It takes about two days before the spy will dislodge himself. put it in TC and ... wait...

Same thing happened to me in SHIV.

Be more agressive !

More seriously, you must be at night at less than 20km of the spot. (maybe without ennemies nearby)
And then your "dumb" watch officer will scream "Ship spotted, short range !"
And this will be the spies leaving your boat.
