[REQ] Rain splashes "sound and visual"

Howabout rain splashes and sound on the submarine and water during storms? Maybe even water running off the deck, similar to the effect on the camera?

Good idea.. but with all the graphics this game uses with the memory card it'd probably kill the Frame Rates
