[REQ] Realistic Atlantic Water
There are several mods out already that make changes to the underwater color filter to produce a pretty good green color, but the surface of the water remains a shade of blue. I have tried to mod the surface colors myself, but my knowledge/determination is insufficient to do so. Is anyone capable of doing this, or is anyone already working on this?
