Another Windows 7 Question

If I upgrade to Windows 7 64-bit and have direct x 11 installed will that affect my ability to play DW? I mean since DW is a direct x 9 game will having Direct X 11 affect it?

DirectX is supposed to be backwards compatible to any previous version. Even DirectX 1. But I heard with some releases they forgot to include some dlls.

If you do get a report it is missing some file, this page might help.
