BREAKING NEWS,N.Korea sinks S.Korean ship today killing all on board!

I have just been watching Sky News in the last 30mins and it seems that a N.Korean warship or submarine (not confirmed yet) has just torpedoed and sunk a S.Korean ship killing all sailors on board.Ironic that this has occured at the time USA is having talks with Russia to reduce their nuclear arsenals even further.
It will be interesting to watch USAs reaction to this,as S.Korea are aligned to the west,or so its believed.Its exactly communist crackpots like the Koreans that will trigger a 3rd world war!
Sorry for the insignificance of this post,I just thought some of you may be interested in world affairs.

NOTE: Guess what I would do with the N.Koreans? Give me a type VII and i'll show you! w####rs!

I can't see why USA-Russian nuclear disarmament would have anything to do with this. I mean USA still got nuclear bombs to whipe North Korea off the face of the earth.
North Korea couldn't start a world war even if they wanted to. They could start a conflict maybe, but so could rash people like you. And if we look at it in a larger perspective. USA have been involved in quite few conflicts for - to say the least - dubious reasons. So if any one would start a third WW, I it's probably gonna be the US.

The biggest problem with N. Korea is not them, but China above them. "IF" N.Korea attacked South, it is believed that China would once again back them up and push troops south. This will force the US and the UN into a very complicated situation.

You are very right, N. Korea does not posses the resources to sustain a prolong engagement, but with the type of weapons she posses and her proximity to other US/UN assets, makes anything she does very dangerous. It does not take a very long time to set off continental/inter-continental missiles.

If it were me,i'd send the Trident subs out there and vapourize the Korean Peninsula,then order a ground invasion of China,then finally into Russia.The end result?,no more Commie scum left.
