Hogan's Alley

Due to sound card issues, I have been away from SH4 for a while. I am running the latest version of TMO and RSRDC as the only mods. I now have Hogan's Alley when I view the crew screen. I have looked for an explanation of this and come up empty (didnt look that hard).

Can someone explain the purpose of Hogan's Alley? Thanks in advance.

Welcome back. My understanding although I have not used the MODs is that your deckcrew and gun crew get injured or killed if left at there stations when submerged and a DC explodes. So to avoid this problem they created Hogan's Alley and you can move you deck watch and gun crew into Hogan's Alley, basically putting them "Inside the ship". Even though they are not on deck when submerged the game apparently thinks they are.
