Possible to attach the camera in outside view ??

I'm new on this forum (But not new reader of subsim) and is my first post.

-It is possible to attach the camera to sub in aerial exterior view like all the other silent hunter??

-When i press F1 i have no help screen (My copy of SH5 is not a pirate copy but a retail!!)

-Any keyboard shorcut to cycle the vessels in exterior view??

-And there are no compass or direction indicator or rudder control?
