[TEC] Captains room?

there is still a captains room, i guess its a relic from sh4 ubm. but what about getting it back in the game...i mean, just walking through the bunker, without a "home" where you can manage your crew, look at your medals, etc...its odd.

or have i just missed the right button, or door in the bunker?
