If i had the game i would probably adjust the large waves to be more like a larger version of the medium waves . The waves look too high , the wave peak is non existant and they are slightly too fast .

Its easy to change both the speed and the different wave lenght.
whit the sh3 editor and the scene .dat file its under node sky/env data.
