They must have still started, no one hosting now but dave1 who has a 999 ping because he is behind a router...
Let me fix mine and I will host a game. Any clue what ports this uses? |

Yeah, it might be that everyone needs to have the scenario file to be able to play a custom scenario. In fact that's probably what it is.
