Last night I was attacking a convoy off the east cost of Britain, near Hull, and was picking off the escorts in preparation for gunning down the defenseless cargo ships. I had an escort chasing me and I put up my scope and noticed a lot of gunfire, but they were not shooting at me. Then I saw a dot in the sky! A JU88A was bombing and strafing the convoy! They sank one ship and crippled another, which I finished off. He was quite helpful!
Could the Luftwaffe have operated so close to England in November of 1940? |
