game pauses when alt tabbed

hi,

why does the game pause when u alt tab out? is there any way to stop the game pausing?

Nope and its a good way to end up with a corrupted game.

alt+tab is how you pause the game so the answer would be no

using esc key also pauses the game and is a better way to do it since alt+tab can cause bug issues with the game (mainly crew on deck or co2 bug)

My guess is that it pauses the game when you tab out so that you don't end up running into a task force while running on the surface checking your email. I'd forget I had left the game running and come back to find I had been sunk, or run into an island.
