Hi! Ok, so I got into naval warfare on the PC with Fleet Command, then Battlestations Midway, DW and now SH3. I'd like to buy Enigma Rising Tide Gold Edition with a budget of $20. Is it available in download form like Valve's Steam as a download edition is better so I won't have to wait very long because I'm based in Asia? However, I still wouldn't mind a boxed version and besides Amazon/Ebay, where can I buy it online?
