Default Geographical Corrections Thread

I havent seen one here so i suppose it wont hurt to start one.
Well, for starters, i'd like visit the poles without smacking my boat on an invisible wall.

Edit: Corrected! My english is not that advanced so you'll see mistakes like this frequently.
Edit No 2: Crap... I only corrected the headline... If someone can, fix it pls. Thanks.

I'm sorry, thats filed wrong under "environmental corrections". You should use the correct application form for "geographical corrections".

Actually he should've used the term "thermodynamic correction". As you aproach the north pole you're bound to hit a very visible ice wall

its not about going to the poles to hunt traffic.

its about being near it... say 60 degrees N latitude for example. In reality the distance between the Denmark Strait and Brest, France is about 1600 miles.

In SH3/4 this distance is significantly stretched.

Yeah and thats why this is the best time to writte down any wrong things that we saw in SH3 so that the devs *may* notice this thread and *may* fix them!

Just give us a terrain editor . I am sure modders would be thrilled to be able to mod the terrain themselves easily . Please make the tiles smaller . cheers sober out .

lets get longer views too, i miss the long distance underwater views of sh3 so that rocks and everything else doesnt pop up out of thin air 100 yards in front of you like it does with sh4

EDIT: i fixed the title for you

How about being able to visit pole-dancers, or aren't they appropriate for the period?
