She will most likely end up being charged with animal abuse.

I can't really see a case for animal abuse here, unless they can show that she somehow tortured the fish before killing and frying them. Regardless, the situation is silly and from the little information available the woman could use some counseling because her reaction seems very silly.

Animals have rights, the right to be tasty. (ment as joke only, dont really condone animal abuse, but killing an animal for food is ok in my book)
