Subsim meet 2009 - Schedule details

Thursday 17th
10:00 at the Cabinn: Saying hello! Then finding a place for lunch. I suggest we head in to Nyhavn/Kongens Nytorv. Its a must place to see in Copenhagen and theres a boat to where the next event is.
15:00 Arrive at Sælen & Sehested for the tour. We will be diveded up into 2 groups - one starting with Sælen, the other with Sehested. ½ way through the tour we will switch.
16:30 - leaving - rest of the day open to go to dinner etc (Im trying to locate a place for us) (Confirmed)
18:00 Dinner at Bryggeriet Hereford (Confirmed)

Friday 18th
12:00 visit at Nautilus (4hrs) (Confirmed)
17:00 Dinner at Silom Thai Restaurant (Confirmed)
19:00 Ubisoft presentation of SH5
(Because of the nature of the location we are doing this in - no photografy is allowed - with no exception!) (Confirmed)

Saturday 19th
12:00 4 hrs diving with Nautilus (Signup required! : http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=155498) Signup now closed! (Confirmed) Dinner open for choice - Where do you want to go? "Det lille Apotek"?

Sunday 20th
The Submarine lecture have been canceled due to unforseen problems.

This means Sunday is free for other activities.

This is my Schedule
16th Drive to Copenhagen(I'm taking my car instead) early in the morning.
Homeward after we have return from Kiel. Take a good night sleep.
17th Take the train in the morning, so that I'm at cabinn about noon.
About 3 pm, I check in on my hotel, leave my stuff there go back the cabinn hotel. Thereafter I just follow the maine stream of the subies.

Not really decided yet, but since the first day is pretty open and we dont have an tour until 15:00 I guess we could say 10:00 in the morning. We can meet, talk and then head out for lunch.
