Only the Dutch could come up with something like that, only the Dutch.

No but seriously, pretty cool looking.

OK, Jim, here you go.

Unique object, submarine with rich history.
Amazing amount of space in a vessel 20meters long by 5 wide.
It has an underwater floor in which the toilets en kitchen area are, and a relaxation room.
Upper level has a small restaurant part, separated from the bar which is in the middle.
There is also a dancefloor with space for a DJ/ or theater space for a standup comedian or solo-musician.
Forward si a lounge area which can be easily converted for other purposes.
Very suitable for someone with hood horeca vision (marketing talk). No berth available, this has to be arranged by the buyer.

Umm, I wouldn't buy this, it's definitely Tauchunklar!

man if i had the money i would buy that sub and put it in my back yard then rent my home out and live in the sub. Only one other kiwi i know here who built his house looking like a submarine inside, periscope and all and a das boot movie fan. Only heard about him when he was on the news the other day.
