Hello all, I need your help.
I have been out of it for quite a while and have just now reinstalled SH4 and the latest patch, v1.4. My question is, in your honest opinions, what are the most "common/essential" add-ons should I get for this sim? I would like to keep it simple, so only the ones you guys think are required for better game play, eye candy, etc.. Thanks for any help you can offer me! Cheers!!! |

Hi mate.
Although I have probably missed a lot of new mods lately, and I don't use any supermods, because my rig is outdated. I would recommend PE4 http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/show...c+enviroment+4 It's a great mod with a lot of additions |

The problem with 1.4 is you're limited to mostly old unsupported mods. If you like the game get the uboat addition and patch yourself to 1.5
I do think you can run PE4 with 1.4. As for the supermods, seems I was running TMO162. Just check and make sure you use 1.4 mods. |

WOW!!! That add-on is really complicated, at least for this 55 year old man.
Is there anything easier that gives the same effects??? Plus, the links to download the JSGME utility is dead. Thanks... |
