What are your most memorable SH4 multiplayer missions and why?
Let's hear those interesting "war stories" from the MP front lines!

Me and my brother get together now and again online and LAN. To be honest after years of campaigning on SH3 and SH4 I never really knew just how much fun the thrill of a real time hunt can be.
Its hard for me to remember any one memorable mission as we have had so many, and after a few drinks hard to remember the fine details. I do however remember stalking am IJN task force all night and in the morning, scored a few hits on the one of the battleships by using sonar alone, very nice, where the patients pays off. Damn its hard to not be detected by those DD`s. We play 100% realism and GFO with a few other matching mods. We have played missions for hours just to get off a few lucky shots. I tell ya, I play all types of games and have for years, but coop SH4 at 100% with my bro is the most fun and immerse gaming experience I have ever had.

Sounds like you're having a good time, indeed! I keep trying to talk one of my older nephews into playing either SH3 or SH4 with me, but they're at that age where all they still care about is WoW.
I wished every online group used Webster's GFO mod when playing "vanilla" SH4 1.5. It does fix a lot of things without the extra "weight" of a full super-mod. Maybe someday you can talk your brother into trying some online multiplayer with a full team. I know going into a big harbor raid or tackling a fat convoy with eight players is really exciting! Eveyone ought to know the F.Q. (fun quotient) rises at a rate that is exponential. Therefore: Code:
Let F = fun had while playing online missions Let f = fun each player adds to the game Let N = people playing If N * x represents the total number of players: then F^ f ( Nx )
