[REL] Skin S-Class: A coloured dazzle camo pattern

I am guessing it is because the folder SKIN_S-boat_Dazzle_ColouredPattern is in there twice. Captgeo, if you extracted it directly to MODS you will have a path that looks like this:

Silent Hunter 4 Wolves of the Pacific\MODS\SKIN_S-boat_Dazzle_ColouredPattern\SKIN_S-boat_Dazzle_ColouredPattern\data

You need to take the data folder and put it in the FIRST Skin_Dazzle.. folder so your path looks like this:

Silent Hunter 4 Wolves of the Pacific\MODS\SKIN_S-boat_Dazzle_ColouredPattern\data

If you extract the rar file, there is a directory 'Skin ...' in it. Inside this directory is another directory with the same name, put that one inside the mods folder.

My mistake for putting it one folder too deeply that time, I apologize.

No go, followed both instructions, but I am not having any luck, its just me being comp file incompetent

This rar file is exactly how you need it in your MODS folder, just extract this to SH4\MODS then enable it with JSGME and it should work. I zipped it right from my mods folder and I see the skin just fine in game.
