difference between GWX2.1 to 3.0 with OLC?

I'm using GWX 2.1 with OLC Uber. What's the difference between GWX 3.0 with OLC Uber and GWX 2.1 with OLC uber.

GWX 3.0 looks pretty similar to GWX 2.1 with OLC Uber.

The other changes to GWX 3 I'm sure. There should be a changelog in the GWX3 manual showing what is new in 3. Also, iirc, the GWX crew said they made some customary changes to the environment to make it fit in. It isn't identical to what OLC made in his mods. But how much of a difference is beyond me. I haven't even installed 3, just playing the messenger role here. (so don't shoot
