It was just before sunset. Capt_Haddock had a nice outside view, but Mata had a dark sky (no sun) Video Card problem maybe? She approached the convoy at PD, heading West towards the Commodore, then stopped to let the DD pass across to the stbd side (heading South), running silent and keeping the periscope down so it wouldn't be detected by radar. The CPA was a little over 1000m. Once the DD was passed the sonar detection arc, she rushed in and headed for the Tanker's stbd side. The tactic was to fire 2 torpedoes at the tanker on the same side as the DD (South), and then rush on the opposite side (North) away from the DD, and finish her off with the stern torpedo if necessary. This also will make the DD believe that the sub is on listing side of the sinking ship (South).

Ninja_Ka headed South on the surface at flank speed and positioned himself in front of the last stbd column, dived at PD and waited for the convoy to reach him. When Mata hit the Tanker, Haddock rushed at Flank speed towards the burning Tanker, The convoy turned South. NK had to approached the convoy. He fires 2 torpedoes at each ships but one was a dud. He went between the 2 ships and fired his #5 tube.

Mata rushed out of the area after sinking her 2nd ship, went deep and silent and waited for the end of the game. Haddock looked for her without any success, then decided to let her go since she was way behind the convoy now and rushed back towards Ninja_Ka who was left alone in the convoy.

NK was waiting to fully reload his torps when the DD came up to him. He thought he could slow down the DD by shooting a torp at him, and keep on slaughtering the convoy. Wrong decision because Haddock avoided the torp and rammed the sub plus Depth Charged him.
