A couple of choices:
GIMP(http://www.gimp.org/) and a DDS-plugin for it(http://nifelheim.dyndns.org/~cocidius/dds/) DXTBmp(google, you'll find plenty of links) edit: And of course Paint.NET(http://www.getpaint.net/) Those are all free. Last edited by Fincuan; 02-09-2009 at 10:41 AM. |

I use nVidia's Texture Tools, specifically their .dds Photoshop plugin, which allows you to open & edit .dds files in PS.
You can get them from: http://developer.nvidia.com/object/n...ure_tools.html Krishna. |

You can set the editor to whatever you want. This tool ROCKS. (thanks to lurker for suggesting this program) |
