ready for a custom boat

I have been playing the stock game, with lots of mods. Neal just posted my first sticky that appears on my posts. I went to the thread re kill flags. Here are my questions:

1. Who do I contact re getting a kill flag on my posts?
2. Can they create a kill mod or am I stuck with the ones already existing?
3. I am ready for a custom boat, I think. Do I want to graduate from the stock game to something else? If so, what? And what kind of boat do I want (or not want), as I have no idea?

The killflags people are merchandising a fancy boat skin only. It has no special capabilities. It displays the kill flags on the conning tower and has your boat's number on the bow:

Mine is based on the Captain Cox Hi-Res Redfin shark bow with USS Kraken emblem on the conning tower. It was custom modified by Digital Trucker, adding the blinders and cane after I lost both periscopes off the coast of Japan and successfully returned blind, 3,000 miles back to Pearl. This shot is from the cruise before I was issued that special insignia. That was the highlight of all my 17 TMO cruises so far. The yo-yo technique saved my tail that trip.
