Conning tower emblems?

In SH 3, it was possible to choose and add a conning tower emblem to your sub before starting a patrol. Does anybody know if there is a Mod (or somebody working on one) which will enable this feature?

there is an Emblems.upc file in there, but its empty...as far as i know, there is no emblems mod in the works...
i'm afraid everyone is looking at the campaign before the subs themselves

Well there is this but as far as I know there is only one emblem and it is not customizable unless you know how to mod textures for subs. http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=138313

i think it would be possible to add a 'blank' square
3d model to the tower sides, link it up with a tga
and all you have to do then is changing the
tga for a new emblem..
i've seen this in the unfinished type2 rework by mikhayl

I don't know how to make the mod but if you had a emblem you wanted on your sub I could probably put on the tower for you.
