Looking for a nav map bearing tool

I've been searching for any reference to a nav map tool which will indicate relative bearing to a target, map marker, etc from my boat. I am using GWX2.1 and any tools I have use true bearing. For instance, a compass rose map tool with 2 rings...one of which is true bearing and the other being relative bearing from me ( "0 degrees", on this ring, would always be directly on my bow no matter what my true heading is). This could be a tool which overlays directly over the center of my boat...but is not permanent, or a "pull down" one.
