or the airline pilot diet.

Breakfast.

luke warm coffee- black and a bagel (maybe an apple)

Lunch

Dollar Menu at McDonalds... and you have about 7 minutes to order it, pay for it, receive it and eat it!

Dinner

Whatever looks most filling in the vending machine when you get to that Hotel on the industrial side of town at 11:00 at night.

(its all true)

What seemed to be an embarassing situation turned to the better for them as they took responsibility for their lives and probably will add many years to their lives as a result. Good for them

What annoys the hell out of me is that I have to pay £10 - £20 for a kilo over the baggage weight limit, but some grossly overweight person pays the same for a seat as I do, and then they usually take up half of the seat next to them too.

I think the checking baggage check should be for the person + their bags.

PS - I'm about 14 stone and overweight - so I'm not picking on fatties

Best airline food I ever had was somewhere around 1963. My dad and I flew on United from LA to Chicago, and as it was a through flight from Hawaii, they served a 7-course breakfast, starting with fresh pineapple, and ending up with the whole Hawaiian ham thing.
