I started a career in '41 in the Asiatic fleet and two patrols in the base changes from Manila to something else. My problem is that, there is no base on the map shown as home port (crooked anchor), so where do I go?
Also, this is SH4 v1.4 EDIT: Nevermind, I do believe I figured it out.

I've seen a lot of people using versions 1.4 or 1.5 complain they cannot find the base icon, then a while later they post that they found it. Keep looking. Also, take a look at your radio history. You should see the message to change bases there.
