I am confused about installing commander 2.7 after GWX 2..

Ok, I installed GWX 1 and 2 and then commander 27. I read there was a GWX patch for the commander. Is that true? If so does anyone have it. I think I messed something up because I did a new career and I have seen no ships for a month. I went to the scapa flow docks on the surface and found nothing. There is definately something amiss.

There's a newer version of SH3 Commander, 3.1, and I suggest you install it.

Yes there is a "GWX patch" for commander. Download the files from the GWX page and copy them to your SH3 Commander\Cfg folder.

You probably don't see any ships because you enabled Black Sea or Indian Ocean Campaign files only. Disable those mods and you'll get your ships back.

The GWX installation instructions tell you everything you need to know. It's a lot simpler than it sounds. The GWX-Commander update files simply add all the extra ships included in GWX to Commander's 'Ship Names' list and a couple of other files. Just follow the directions and you'll be fine.
