Hey guys,
Do any of you know of a good method of creating a good cloth texture for the flags in the game? I want to give my flag mod an overhaul, because right now they just don't have enough "life" them. Thanks!

For a quick method:
click "Layer" in menu bar hover over "Layer Style" slide right to "Blending Options" and click select (click on) "Texture" under "Bevel and Emboss" click checkbox for "Texture" (will also check "Bevel and Emboss") click arrow next to pattern, select Woven play around with scale and dept you can also do a few things with the edges under "Bevel and Emboss" If you really want a complicated pattern, you can save the outcome of one texture setting in a format other than psd (like jpeg, png, bmp, etc), then load that image as a new project and repeat with different settings in the texture section of the blending options. |
