When are new subs available?

I am playing regular SHIII, spring of 1940 with almost 10,000 renown and I'm sill on a VIIB. Can some one give me the dates when new ships will be available for purchase. I really want to get the IX class of subs for the extra payload and range. Thanks

The IX class is allready available at this time.
But it depends on your homebase if you can buy the ship.
U cant buy every ship everywhere.
For example IXB is available from january 40 in wilhelmshaven (maybe december 39 but im not sure about that)
using GWX dont know the dates for stock game.

Playing Stock SH3 you cant get that sub untill September 1940 when the sun bases move to France.

unless you add a MOD

HHHmmmm......basic file...or read the how too in that mod thread
