Devs, please let crewmen attain the rank of Oberleutnant
Right now this is only possible by editing the Ranks.upc file. The problem is that it results in the crew portrait being that of a Matrose instead of an officer, and no rank insignia will be displayed.
Can we please have a fix for this? Many a watch officer and chief engineer serving on U-boats held the rank of Oberleutnant. Restricting it to the two officer cadet ranks and Leutnant makes no sense.
