Antialiasing/black screen

If i set antialiasing - mode to 'Override any application setting' in the nvidia control panel the game locks up after the intro (black screen). It will run with 'Enhance the application setting' but it doesn't seem to apply any antialiasing.
How do you setup antialiasing?

8800GTS forceware 167
Windows Vista
