Default us to ijn torpedo mod

us to ijn torpedo mod I made a small mod changing the specs of the mk14 and mk18 into the ijn type 95 and type 92(e) respectively. It gives them the range and explosive power of the ijn torpedoes.To be used with the sen toku modded out of a tambor. I'm still trying to get the textures to work too.

Where did you import the textures from? Or did you use existing textures? I can not find a .dat file in your folder

I only modified the specs of the torpedo, not the textures
