[REL] Improved Surfacing sound for rough seas.

Hi, I don't know about you but when surfacing in rough seas the breaking surface sound plays over & over again, and just about drives me nuts!

If you have the same problem then this is a good solution, you still get the sound just not repeating over and over!

Either use with JSGME or just copy data folder to SilentHunterIII main folder.

Sometimes I've the same problem too...

But theres no words to describe how much do I HATE filefront... Im never ever able to download something from it... I keep getting that stupid error that repeats forever

This picture is very nice, if I just could stick forever with this one, it would be fine... but some days from now it will change again when my posts go beyond 200... and the last one I really didn't like, the medic one... and theres other too that I dont like... but if I could stay with this forever, sure, no problem!
