GWX 2.0 Help needed

I have GWX 2.0 installed and working. Problem is during a mission I can find no contacts. Even went straigt into a British port. Nothing. Where did all the contacts go?

What means "no contact"?

No contacts means no other ships. Nothing, even the ports were empty.
