Exclamation Penelope_Grey is... a MODDER!!!!

Inline with our big aircraft model replacement and air-coverage overhaul... Penelope_Grey has somewhere along the line stepped into MODDING!

A review of player U-boat flak armament, and corrections was carried out by Penelope_Grey with a little nudge in the right direction by BBW.

What you must understand is that she was ALREADY addicted to U-boat matters before getting bitten by the modding bug!

Now I'm finding these posters by Tarjak plastered everywhere in the flotilla offices, hallways, the basement... and I would like to know... JUST WHERE IN THE HECK the pinup girl in my U-boat went!!??!!

LOL.

I always imagined Penny dressed a little differently.:p

Very cool, nonetheless. Bitten by the bug I reckon.

<you know she's going to be going over our work with a fine tooth comb now>

FYI, I now have Dowly's Wolf Lady in my radio room. Hubba Hubba.

Nice work Pen! A couple more propaganda posters for the modders in the crew:

I think Penny is in shock.

She's been viewing this thread for the past hour (nearly), either that or she's making preparations to disipline Kpt.

I sit here amazed at what people will post. New modders are born everyday so this isn't some new revelation. How about we post about mods and not modders??

Well, how many lady SH3 modders do you know?

Lady SH3 players are a rare thing and when one decides to correct a fairly serious mistake on the part of the creators, it should be applauded & announced.

So, how about you shut up and ingnore the post unless you have something constructive to post.

I don't know many lady SH3 modders personally. I think it's great that there are women that learn and do make mods.
Let me point out that she isn't the only one who has pointed out mistakes with GWX or any other mod for that fact. Did anyone ever give those people special recognition? Let me answer that for you, NO.
Your language use on here is showing a poor reflection of your character and persona. Telling a person to 'shut up' is pretty childish and not a reflection of professionalism.

Guys keep the peace. Its just a misunderstanding. I doesn't matter whos white or black or male or female or child or elder, alien or germ.

What matters is we all are do are part to make SH3 a better game. We work together to enhance it as a community. Some people offer ideas. Other make ideas become reality.

Anyhow no need to fight over a woman. There's plenty fish in the sea

Peace all and good hunting

You have missinterpreted the intention of the post, which is encourage a new modder's work, what about if when you start modding someone would have posted something in the tone you're doing it now?, what would have been your feelings?.
BTW, there are far more off topic post here in the modding section that this particular one, if you're going to play the police role (which the last time I chack was the moderators job), be fair and reply to all of them.

Pen, congratulations on your new Modding experience and long may it continue.

@Racerboy, whats you problem with posting about Modders ? Wish I had the talent to Mod ..
try encouraging people instead of the negative stuff. You never know, you might feel better for it.

Maybe I have misinterpreted the intention of the post, maybe I haven't. But if I did misinterpret the intention how many others might do the same?
I am not playing police role nor do I ever want to be policing this forum. As a whole we police ourselves very well I think.
There's nothing more I have to say about this or needs to be said. Consider this a closed issue.

I have absolutely no problem with modders. I encourage others to give it a try and experiment. Every new person that takes on modding adds yet another element of discovery for the game and for others.

Well what can I say to my teammates and friends except a big thanks... however, I'm not entirely sure, Im 100% deserving of this public pat on the back...

My motivation to fix the flak guns in GWX was done because a) it needed doing, and b) to me that signature is not there to spruce up my profile. It means hard work!

What I did was barely a mornings work, that includes learning curve, to make them work properly, and testing of alterations on individual U-boats. It really was no big deal, I can't say I found it hard at all. I enjoyed it though very much.
