Players disconnecting

Why is it whenever I create an online game on ubi, there's a mass disconnect of all the other players as soon as the game loads & I'm left all on my lonesome?? Could it be something to do with all the mods I have installed, & the other players not using the same ones as I am?

I've also noticed if I join someone elses server, the game crashes right after it's finished loading with vista reporting an application crash & asks if I want to close down the program or check online for a possible solution.

Must be the mods you have on when your playing online.
