Full torpedo load

First I have to admit I am not playing in the hard mode. I have downloaded a good number of the mods and I was hoping someone would fix the problem that when you do not end a mission but refit, you only get a partical reload of torpedo's. You have to load the tubes, leave the base and then return for a full load. Is there a mod that fixes this?

As I know,there is no mod.You load all your tubes and then you can again reload, on same Base, few minutes later.So you have a full Boat.
