File Hosting - Link to original File Hosting Thread

Please don´t use Rapidshare to host your files, many people can´t download from there due to the way Rapidshare works, also they delete files that haven´t been downloaded for 30 days.

Filefront allows files up to 1GB and they don´t automatically delete old files.

MediaFire allows files up 100MB, supports download managers and currently holds files for an unlimited time.


File Hosting for the SH Community by SWCowboy.

If you wanna make sure that your files are always available for download, upload them to at least two different file sharing services.

Thread Tags - Link to original thread tags post

Please use the following tags when you start a new thread:

[WIP] for work-in-progress mods
[REL] for released mods
[REQ] for mod requests
[TEC] for technical discussions

A few examples:
[TEC] How can I edit .sim files?

One advantage is that you can search for those tags using the forum search, this make it possible to, for example, get a list of all released or WIP mods.

I think you've overlooked this one: 1.4 Patch Compatible Mods List....still valid, as long as not "everyone" is on 1.5 yet.

Place to post them and should we all use the same download place or does it matter ?

Thumbs up SH4 U-boat addon fix for dock starts

I have confirmed where this mod should be used. THIS SHOULD NOT BE USED WITH RSRDC OR TMO. THIS IS USED ONLY FOR THE STOCK 1.5 VERSION OF THE U-BOAT ADDON.

This fixes ALL the problems at the 4 U-boat bases in the game when you start from the dock.

Many ships that were mislocated have been relocated so they are not sunk.
Start locations for the U-boats have been placed where the shoveoff music is.
Some start locations did not have the shoveoff music, only two had.

Caution to all Designers....
These must be the default files to use from now on for any addons or upgrades unless you change the docks and Jap_traffic.
EVERYONE SHOULD UPDATE WITH THIS SMALL PATCH UNLESS YOU ARE USING RSRDC OR TMO

Hello NGT,

The U Boat Missions add-on will bring a "clean" install of 1.0 (or any later version) up to version 1.5.
First do the installation up to the version you want, and then install JGSME http://jonesoft.jaennahre.com and then add the Mod(s) that you want through JGSME.

Could anyone tell me which SMALL mod would install a circular bearing chart on the Attack Map? I really don't want to install a large mod like TM. Is there anything like a small mod that adds that feature?
