Default Photo button enables silent running!

Im trying to do a photo recon mission, and whenever I click the take photo button after locking onto a ship, the button just toggles silent running instead. Very strange. The ony mod I'm running for interface is the green light mod. Could that be it?

Running silent close in to the enemy shore can be an advantage. Sound carries incredibly through water and a long way through air at night, so whenever I'm up-close and personal with an enemy-held shoreline, I always order Silent Running, anyway. Does the camera still work as well as toggling Silent-Running? And what does the Silent Running button give you?

Well, yeah, I was silent running into the harbor anyways, but the button just toggles it on/off. It doesn't take a picture.
Is there a way I can bind the picture-taking to a key or something to work around it?

Smile Photo Recon

You can take the picture. You need to lock your target and voila you will be ready to snap the photo.
