That pesky radar

Hi all
I am patched up to 1.3 but for the life of me I can't get the radar to work.
The radar switch lights up but does nothing. The sweep and focus knobs appear to be working I just have a blank radar screen.
Am I missing something??
Help!!!!! I need that radar.

Hey Mate ...glad you could join us...

What sub are you using?.....Are you running the training missions?

The Porpoise class boat in these missions has no functioning radar.

Thats why I cant get it working (Doh). Will change to a different class sub.
What chance have I got driving a sub, when I can't drive a radar?
