Err. I saw Germans. Umm. Sorta. Well, not really but it was a friendly convoy of T3's and Liberty Cargos. Does that count? Stock too, not modded.

I don't see why the game would need to be reloaded, even if you installed the 1.3 beta, since it will just overwrite the same files with new ones and add any new files since the beta.
