Virtual bridge mod?

Hi:
I was wondering if it would be possible for someone to make a "virtual Bridge" like the virtual cockpit in the Flight Simulator series? Instead of having 3 dials superimposed on the bridge view-make a realistic looking helm control and telegraph, etc? (That you could click on to work).

well in reality there is no rudder on bridge and also no engine controll. The captains just screamed through the intercomunication tubes like "ahead flank" the guys in engine room increased the rpm to max that how it worked. There is no throttle or something.
